When I’m adding a transmitter, I can’t found the receiver

1. Make sure you have Bluetooth enabled

Application does not detect any doors

The hands-free option does not work always

ANDROID: Go to Settings / battery / App launch / btConnect, select Manage manually with all the options activated.

iOS: Go to Settings / btConnect / Location, select « Always »

When I’m adding a transmitter, I can complete the process but this is not linked and no error message is shown.

This can happen because the transmitter serial number is already linked to another user on the same receiver.

I cannot accept Terms and Conditions

You can accept the « Terms and Conditions » when the PDF has been downloaded and is visible on screen

I try to open the door and it takes a long time
This can happen because there has been a communication error and the application is retrying the action

The application has made me Logout

The user keys have been changed and you have to login again

User not found when user press any button

When I press open or close, door doesn’t do anything, or an error message is presented in the screen

Check that notificactions are activated for this application in applications settings

The gate/door is not opened at the same place

Bluetooth range changes depending on the smartphone position and if you are walking or driving. The best is having the smartphone with a support on the car glass

It takes some seconds to open the door when I am in front of it

Bluetooth technology needs some seconds to connect with the smartphone and send the signal to the receiver

I have not received any notification when there have been two cars in the receiver’s bluetooth range

The other user has opened the door, only one user can be connected with bluetooth at the same time and you have exit the bluetooth range before he leave it.

I would like to activate the gate/door again and it is not possible

1. You have to wait up to 1 minute out of the bluetooth range (bluetooth icon in grey with app opened) and enter again.

2. Open the app and press the OPEN button

I have the smartphone blocked, the gate/door is not activated and it should

1. Check if the bluetooth is activated.
2. Check smartphone configuration in case, it turns off bluetooth when it is blocked
