When I’m adding a transmitter, I can complete the process but this is not linked and no error message is shown. | This can happen because the transmitter serial number is already linked to another user on the same receiver. |
I cannot accept Terms and Conditions | You can accept the « Terms and Conditions » when the PDF has been downloaded and is visible on screen |

It takes some seconds to open the door when I am in front of it | Bluetooth technology needs some seconds to connect with the smartphone and send the signal to the receiver |
I have not received any notification when there have been two cars in the receiver’s bluetooth range | The other user has opened the door, only one user can be connected with bluetooth at the same time and you have exit the bluetooth range before he leave it. |
I would like to activate the gate/door again and it is not possible | 1. You have to wait up to 1 minute out of the bluetooth range (bluetooth icon in grey with app opened) and enter again.
