To activate the alert, the following is required:
An installation in CloudAssistant with a HONOADOOR device added.
Linked to the HONOADOOR receiver, a door-closed sensor:
HDOORPOSITION (door position sensor via radio), or
A magnetic contact (or equivalent) wired to one of the inputs.
A user with the role “Admin” or “Advanced manager”.
Subscription to the HDOOR_ALRTNTCLSD1M service.
Alert received by installation maintenance personnel via email when a door remains open longer than the defined time.
